With two dedicated manufacturing plants — in Noida and Gujarat — APPL Packaging operates with industry-leading machinery for extrusion, lamination, pouch making, and polybag production. Our in-house reprocessing and adhesive pasting units ensure zero material waste and high process efficiency.
From 8mm bubble diameter sheets to 2.5m wide air bubble rolls, we are the only plant in India (and among the few globally) offering such technical range — helping us meet the needs of clients across electronics, automotive, pharma, furniture, and e-commerce.

APPL Packaging operates two fully-equipped manufacturing units strategically located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (30,000 sq. ft.) and Mehsana, Gujarat (15,000 sq. ft.), enabling us to serve clients efficiently across India. Our Noida plant houses multiple high-capacity bubble film extrusion machines, including 3-layer machines with widths up to 2.5 meters, 2-layer machines of 2 meters and 1.9 meters width, and a complete lamination facility for bonding bubble film with EPE foam and paper. It is also supported by 12 manual pouch-making machines, two automatic pouch-making machines (1m & 1.5m widths), and a specialized 2.5-meter manual pouch machine, allowing for rapid and customized production in various formats.

In Gujarat, our facility includes a blown film extrusion plant, automatic polybag and pouch-making lines, EPE adhesive pasting and sheet cutting machines, and multiple pouch converters — ensuring high-volume output for both bubble and foam-based products. These capabilities enable us to offer bubble diameters of 8mm, 10mm, and 25mm, roll widths up to 2.5 meters, and layer configurations from 2 up to 7 layers. We are also the only manufacturer in India producing air bubble film with 8mm diameter bubbles and 2500 mm roll widths, and are on track to commission a 3000 mm wide plant, setting new benchmarks in the industry.

Both plants follow ISO 9001:2015 certified processes, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and sustainability. Additionally, APPL maintains in-house material reprocessing units and owns its fleet of delivery vehicles, ensuring control over raw material use and timely deliveries to clients across sectors.
